The intervention aimed to revive and enhance an old, dormant shop space within a setting previously used for goods storage. The basement-like character was deliberately emphasized through the use of raw materials and untreated finishes, while the upper floor was defined in a clear and linear manner. In this way—at the owner’s request—a polyvalent functionality was achieved: usable as a shop or studio, as well as residential space, firmly anchored in the life of the town center.
