This typical Ticinese village house had undergone numerous interventions over time. Neither the original materials nor the initial coherence of the floor levels, interior spaces, and the external gallery were still legible. Due to the poor condition of the structural elements and timber decking, construction began with an almost complete removal of the floor slabs.
